I'm going to start microblogging

I'm pretty bad at social media in general, mostly because I just don't care about it. I'd much rather just write blog posts. However, a proper blog post requires a lot of time and thought, and sometimes I just want to jot down some thoughts.

This is the place for those jottings. I'm just going to publish a separate RSS feed for these simpler posts so that I can ramble outside of the scope of my main blog. I think this offers a nice balance between speed of posting and thoughtfulness of process.
